Dynamic Weapon Leveling and Damage Scaling
We understand that as a founder, you will be obtaining weapons that have a higher level than your character initially. To ensure a balanced gameplay experience, the weapons obtained from the Founder Package will have a dynamic leveling feature.
- When you obtain a weapon from the Founder Package, its level will initially match the level of your character.
- As your character levels up, the weapon's level will also increase, up to its maximum level.
- The damage dealt by the weapon will scale according to your character's level. This is done through a ratio that is calculated by dividing the weapon's total damage by its maximum level. This ratio is then multiplied by your character's level to determine the weapon's damage output.
- For example, if a weapon has a total damage of 100 and a maximum level of 20, the damage ratio is 5 (100/20). If your character is at level 10, the weapon will deal 50 damage (5 * 10).
- This dynamic leveling and damage scaling ensure that the weapons from the Founder Package remain effective and balanced as your character progresses through Ninja Kaizen.

Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Founder Package, you accept the following terms and conditions:
- A user has the ability to purchase up to a maximum of 6 Founder Packages. This allows assigning specific items from each package to different characters that the user owns.
- Items such as Weapon, Clothing, Hair, Skill, and BackItem are exclusive to each character and are not shared among characters within the same account. This means that if one character acquires an item, it will not be available for other characters within the same account. Additionally, gold will be specific to each character, while tokens will be associated with the user account in general.
- It is important to consider that once a Founder Package is purchased, there is no possibility of requesting a refund. By making the purchase, it is understood that the user agrees with the items and benefits that the package offers.
- Items such as Weapon, Clothing, Hair, and BackItem found in the Founder Package are of limited edition. This means that, once the package is no longer available, these items will not be sold individually or be available through other means within Ninja Kaizen.
- With the aim of maintaining a balance in the game and allowing players to have access to various skills, the Skills included in the Founder Package may be acquired in the future through other means within the game.
- The Founder Color Name title, which is granted as part of the package, will also be of limited edition and will not be offered again in the future. This means that only the founders will have the opportunity to carry this exclusive title, standing out within the community of Ninja Kaizen.
- The title on the Discord server associated with Ninja Kaizen will not be available to be obtained in the future. This makes it an exclusive and distinctive reward for those who supported the game in its early stages by purchasing a Founder Package.
